Catalog and third-party purchases

ShrooMap publishes product listings, reviews, comparisons and directory information. Seller links may earn us an affiliate commission at no additional cost to you. When you buy on an external seller’s website, that seller is responsible for the sale, shipping, fulfillment and returns under its own policies. ShrooMap is not the merchant of record for those purchases and does not ship or refund them.

Direct Shroomaps purchases

Shroomaps offers paid plans and digital access, with physical packs where included in the selected offer. Checkout uses Lemon Squeezy, which handles payment and acts as merchant of record for its transactions. ShrooMap provides the purchased service and any physical fulfillment it undertakes. Review the selected offer and final checkout terms before paying. Our Shipping and Refund / Return policies explain the scope of direct-order support.

Paid business listings

Paid business/listing plans are purchased through Lemon Squeezy. The selected plan and checkout specify its price and any recurring billing. These are listing services and do not require physical shipping. Subscription status determines access to paid listing features.

Accounts and purchased access

Use accurate contact details and protect your account credentials. Order confirmation and matching account or purchase records are used to grant access to purchased Shroomaps content. Contact us if access is missing. Deleting an account does not itself cancel a subscription or request a refund; contact customer service for those requests.

Use of Services

ShrooMap provides product reviews, comparisons, a store locator, and informational content about functional mushroom supplements through our website and mobile application. Our content is for informational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice.

Medical Disclaimer

Statements on this website and in the mobile app have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Products reviewed are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before starting any supplement regimen.

User Accounts

You may create an account using Sign in with Apple or other authentication methods provided by the ShrooMap mobile app. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the Profile section of the ShrooMap mobile app. When you delete your account, we will permanently remove your personal data, including your profile information, saved products, and reviews. This action is irreversible. Some anonymized data may be retained for analytics purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By submitting reviews, ratings, or other content through our Services, you grant ShrooMap a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content. You represent that any content you submit is accurate, not misleading, and does not violate any third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

Mobile Application

The ShrooMap mobile application is available for iOS and Android devices. By downloading and using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. The app may require access to certain device features such as location services (for the store locator) and notifications (for deal alerts). You can manage these permissions through your device settings at any time.

Location Services

The ShrooMap store locator feature uses your device's location to show nearby stores. Location data is used solely to provide this service and is not stored on our servers or shared with third parties. You can disable location services at any time through your device settings.

Intellectual Property

All content on ShrooMap, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of ShrooMap or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

User Conduct

You agree not to use our Services in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site or app, or interfere with any other party's use. You agree not to scrape, harvest, or collect information from our Services through automated means.

Limitation of Liability

ShrooMap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services or any products reviewed on them.

Our Services contain links to third-party websites, including product manufacturers and retailers. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these external sites.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Cancellations and subscriptions

The Shroomaps Starter is a one-time purchase without automatic renewal. For a recurring plan, use the subscription management instructions supplied by Lemon Squeezy or contact customer service. Cancellation of future billing does not itself refund a previous payment. For a physical order, contact us to check whether fulfillment can still be stopped. We do not promise automatic prorated refunds or a fixed refund processing time.

These policies do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
