Big Chiefs

Big Chiefs at a glance

Big Chiefs is a headshop in Tallahassee, Florida, at 2033 W Pensacola St. Its shelves go beyond smoking gear, with reviewers mentioning pipes and cigars alongside beer and wine, including microbrews. Staff come across as friendly and helpful, and one regular says there is never any pressure to buy. Two customers single out an employee named Jason for his knowledge and straight talk. The complaints center on product quality. Two reviewers believe some of the products on sale are fakes, and others report a defective disposable that staff would not exchange and butane cans sold partly empty.
