Higher Standards at a glance
Higher Standards is a headshop in New York City, set inside Chelsea Market at 75 9th Ave. Reviewers describe a range weighted toward higher-end gear, in keeping with the shop's premium positioning, and vaporizers and their accessories get singled out more than once. The staff are described as pleasant and friendly, with plenty of them on the floor, and shoppers appreciate that nobody pushes them toward a sale. The picture is mixed, however, as some customers describe unfriendly staff and problems handled in an unprofessional way.
