ShrooMap research · Source audit, 9 September 2026

What does the label show?
What does the report prove?

Four mushroom products, compared against their own published sources. Read the exact pack, the disclosures we found and the information we could not establish.

Reuse of the ShrooMap research data is restricted. Read the reuse terms.

How this sample was selected

We deliberately selected two commonly compared coffee blends (MUDWTR and Everyday Dose) and two single-species lion’s mane capsules (Real Mushrooms and FreshCap). This is a small, non-random sample chosen to compare disclosure formats; it does not estimate the wider market or rank safety or effectiveness.

We read each linked seller product page and the linked quality/report sources listed below on . Quantities and fungal-material descriptions are seller or label statements. We did not buy a batch, perform a laboratory test, authenticate a laboratory directly or assess clinical effectiveness. A testing policy is not a result for your pack. “Not located” only describes the inspected sources.

Read the comparisons correctly

Extract weight, raw-mushroom-equivalent weight and beta-glucan percentage describe different things. A percentage stated by a seller is not an independent assay captured in this dataset. A report for an identified historical sample does not establish the contents of today’s order.

The Everyday Dose document is linked in full because its preliminary status and sample limitation matter. We do not reproduce the laboratory report, turn it into a certification badge or interpret it as a blanket safety verdict.

Corrections and updates

  • — Initial source audit. Separated purchase modes and pack sizes, retained unknown values, and distinguished Everyday Dose’s preliminary historical report from current-batch verification. This dataset contains no new laboratory tests.
