This versioned clarification notice, dated 10 September 2026, applies to the ShrooMap original compiled research CSV/JSON dataset. It is subject to the existing ShrooMap Terms and any express written permission.
Permitted Use
You may view the published comparison and download the provided CSV/JSON research data files. Download access alone does not grant you the right to redistribute, sublicense, automatically collect, or incorporate the protected data compilation into any commercial dataset or product.
Restricted Use
Uses that require permission include, but are not limited to, commercial use, redistribution, sublicensing, automated collection, or incorporation of the protected data compilation into a commercial dataset or product. To seek permission, contact ShrooMap.
Limitations
This notice restricts only the rights ShrooMap controls. It does not claim exclusive rights to the underlying facts or limit any applicable statutory rights or exceptions. Third party materials, laboratory reports, images, and trademarks remain subject to their own rights; the linked reports are not relicensed by this notice.
