The chain shut all thirty of its Canadian storefronts in November 2024 — its spokesperson told CBC News it gave up after more than 120 raids nationwide — and moved its sales online. No storefront, delivery service, or website in Montreal holds any licence or exemption to sell psilocybin, because Canada issues none for retail; being open, having a sign, or accepting payment confers no legal protection on the seller or the buyer.
